Highly recommend for families

We discovered this fantastic pool area with perfect temperature for kids, always finding chairs available to relax. One nice moment was at Lemmon Grass where Arturo went above and beyond, serving us great food and drinks while we enjoyed the beautiful ocean views.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

the beach view was nice, but the food made us sick for 2 days! they have inconsistent pricing, I can’t believe I paid 220 on one day. and after paying for an upgrade, I expected complimentary snacks but got nothing! honestly, I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. it’s chaotic here.

my stay at the handwritten collection was fantastic! the location is beautiful, with great access to nearby restaurants offering american-style breakfasts and fast food for lunch. the one bedroom penthouse was spacious and the housekeeping staff were attentive and friendly, making my stay feel truly special. the tap water is potable, which is a big plus!

It was just a smart choice for a short weekend trip in Nuevo Vallarta with good value for the price. Lamberto, our server at the pool, treated my family like royalty and made our stay enjoyable. Make sure to check the restaurant dress code to avoid any issues.

We spent an amazing day at the beach, where the kids played in the sand and enjoyed the calm waves. Our suite was spacious and had a great kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals for our family after long excursions around Nuevo Vallarta.

It was just an optimal selection for a city escape in Nuevo Vallarta with extraordinarily good value for money. I really appreciated the attentive service from the staff, especially the guy who helped set up our cabana each day. Keep an eye on the dining options since some restaurants offer more variety than others.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like beach access, a fitness center, and an infinity pool. I remember the staff's kindness when they helped me print during my first stay. I recommend trying the fantastic beach restaurant! I’m coming back for a weekend.

Spacious suite, attentive staff, making our stay truly enjoyable, especially with the beautiful beach access and the relaxing infinity pool. The fitness center was also a great addition, allowing us to maintain our routine while exploring the area.

The suite had a private pool, oven, and a spacious private bathroom. Staff were super polite and really went out of their way to help us. The spa facilities were top-notch, and the location felt secluded despite being near other resorts. Food at the pool was always quick, with friendly service.
